Bisque or Greenware     

Greenware is unfired clay forms or shapes. Greenware can only be purchased for pickup in the Austin area.

Bisque is clay that has been fired but not painted. We fire our bisque to cone 04 some that you can use it with fired and non-fired products.

 

Color Line

Non-Fired colors are applied to bisque and they are never fired in a klin.

Fired colors applied to bisque must be fired in a klin. Before you apply to surfaces which come in contact with food or drink, make sure the fired colors are food safe.

Ceramic pieces that are painted by hand.
